Toyotas rule
I've gone from a Tercel to a Corolla to a 4Runner. Mainly because I hardly ever have any problems with these cars and probably because I always get a nice call from the sales center -- that sounds really genuine -- asking me questions so that they can improve their service. It's the committment to process improvement -- it's a humble nature that I love. This story that ran last weekend in The New York Times Magazine confirms this.
